PBFC RUSH ACADEMY PROGRAM

AGES U8 – U12

PBFC Rush Academy is for boys and girls ages U8-U12 who are ready to move beyond recreational soccer into a more structured, development-focused environment. Our program is built around helping players improve their technical skills, grow their confidence, have fun, and develop a true love for the game.

Following the player development model recommended by U.S. Soccer, our focus is on growth over results. We believe winning is a byproduct of strong development, not the main goal. Players train two nights per week with licensed PBFC Rush coaches who specialize in developing young players in a fun, positive, and competitive setting.

In addition to weekly training, Academy players also have opportunities to participate in Skills Camps, Academy Friendlies, and other game-based experiences that help them keep learning and enjoying the game.

Throughout the season, players may also be placed into tournament and playdate rosters based on coach and director recommendations, with rosters evaluated regularly to support each player’s development.
